Why We Exist
The Gap That Must Be Bridged
In Indonesia, only 20.5% of lawyers perform pro bono work. The doctor-to-patient ratio in rural areas can reach 1:10,000. Stigma around mental health remains strong, making many people hesitant to seek professional help.
Meanwhile, millions of Indonesians need access to legal, healthcare, and mental health services — but are held back by cost, location, or lack of information.
Our Solution
ProBono.id is Indonesia's first platform to unite three pillars of professional help in one place: law, healthcare, and mental health.
We verify every professional, facilitate online or offline meetings, and track pro bono hours to meet professional organization standards such as PERADI and IDI.
With 275 million Indonesians and 75% mobile penetration, it's time technology is used for the common good.
Our Focus: Non-Emergency
ProBono.id is designed for preventive and non-emergency consultations. We are not a replacement for emergency medical services (119), police (110), or mental health crisis hotlines (119 ext. 8). Our platform is a safe space to consult before problems become emergencies.

Our Verification Process
Every volunteer undergoes administrative verification to ensure they are actively licensed professionals.
Upload Credentials
Volunteers upload their professional documents according to their field of expertise.
- •Lawyers: PERADI membership card + advocate diploma
- •Doctors: STR (Registration Certificate) + SIP/SIK
- •Psychologists: SIPP + HIMPSI membership
Admin Review (48-72 hours)
Our team performs administrative verification of uploaded documents.

Verified Badge
Once approved, volunteers receive a badge and appear in public browse.
